If I could make one recommendation to every workplace, it would be to have a tin for emergency biscuits. Then all you and your colleagues have to do is leave unexpected treats there for each other. You won’t believe the amount of joy this tiny gesture creates. I put Wagon Wheels in there a few weeks ago and people lost their minds with happiness.
